PVM opened its office in Vienna in 1994 in response to the emergence of Eastern bloc interest in the oil markets. Our business there has evolved from broking through consultancy and research to data services. PVM Data Services provides current and historical oil price data collected from within the PVM group. PVM's pricing information from its 30 active broking desks is unique and provides valuable data for research, model testing and mark to market purposes. The Data Services group is managed by Richard Esmann.
