PVM Oil Associates Inc. and PVM Futures Inc. - New Jersey and Houston

Pat Mazzarulli founded PVM in New York in 1971 to broker international oil products. A crude oil group was set up in 1974, and a Houston office opened in 1975 to focus on US domestic crude oil and products. PVM Futures Inc. was founded in 2007.

PVM's East coast office is now located in Hoboken, New Jersey and focuses on both international and domestic crude oil OTC instruments, options and Nymex/ICE oil futures contracts. Houston concentrates on WTI, both swaps, physical and options.

PVM Oil Associates Inc. is led by the President of the US company, Bill Emmitt in New Jersey, with Brian English, head of PVM Futures Inc.
