PVM Oil Futures Ltd. - London

PVM Oil Futures Ltd. is a subsidiary of PVM Oil Associates Ltd. and began operations in 1993 on the floor of the International Petroleum Exchange. It quickly became a leading execution broker in all three of the IPE trading pits. By the time the IPE floor was closed down in 2005, PVM was executing more business than any other broker, including the large household name clearing brokers with tied volume.

The key to our IPE success was the ability of clients to talk directly to our staff on the floor of the exchange, rather than to an intervening desk broker. At the onset of the IPE moving to a fully electronic market, our floor brokers moved to PVM's London office, where they were better able to interact with OTC oil activity and provide added value to their own clients.

The Futures group is led by Robin Bieber, who writes PVM's daily Technical Report, acknowledged to be the widest read and most influential of its kind.
