PVM and Smart Global Trading announce joint venture company

PVM Oil Associates Ltd and Smart Global Trading Ltd announce the formation of a joint venture company - PVM Smart Learning Ltd. This jointly owned company will devote itself to developing and improving the already prestigious series of Smart Global’s assessed trader courses run at Lane End, Buckinghamshire.

The aim is to expand the range of courses and to cover all the major global trading centres. The new joint venture hopes to increase the breadth and scope of the existing assessed courses and to offer shorter and non-assessed training for trading personnel operating in the oil sector.  PVM Smart Learning Ltd will develop the courses, hitherto run by Smart Global, which have an excellent reputation in the oil industry, and continue to utilise informed lecturers whose experience is current.  Smart Global’s MD, Martin Read, commented “The experience and depth of knowledge within the PVM Group makes this an ideal combination of skill-sets. Our courses are second to none, and will continue to improve”. PVM’s MD, David Hufton, noted that “Smart Global’s course is already incredibly impressive, and we welcome this opportunity to work together with them on this venture”.
